| The 6th Krakow Accordion Festival will be held in Krakow, Poland from October 9th to 16th, 2022 organised by the Art Forum Foundation. The festival aims to present the diversity of our unique instrument both in a classical form and with the awareness of the existence of contemporary trends such as jazz, folk, literary song or tango nuevo. Schedule: 2022Krakowskifestival.pdf The organizers plan to expand the scope of cultural exchange between various music centers in Europe. It also creates an opportunity to present the artistic achievements of the Krakow accordion community on the international forum. One of the main goals is to educate young musicians through master classes and workshops for children and teenagers attending the event. A number of concerts will be held during the festival, all of which are free to attend. The festival’s special guest will be the Italian virtuoso Giorgio Dellarole presenting a selection of preludes and fugues by J.S. Bach. |
