手风琴乐队研讨会成功举办，斯托克波特 - 英国by Rob Howard |
 3月14日，Stockport 手风琴俱乐部在伍德利卫理公会教堂举行了手风琴乐队专题研讨会，由来访的老师 Bert Santilly 主持（左图）。 事实证明，这是一场绝妙而又最令人愉快的活动，其中 Bert Santilly 通过四个对比鲜明的片段，以技巧和耐心指导了参与者。他分享了他丰富的音乐知识和专业知识，使在场的每一个人都学到了很多东西。 午餐后，Bert 举办了一场简短的音乐会，其中包括他妻子海伦的一些歌曲。 茶点很多，也很有趣，包括 Marj Howard的超级蛋糕。 当天的表演以四场表演作为结束，其中包括 Stockport AC 总裁 Pearl Fawcett-Adriano 和 North Staffs AC 总裁 Steve Hughes 在内的全部四场表演。 The four workshop pieces were 'A Man and a Woman' (Francis Lai), 'Roses d'Automne' (a French café waltz composed by Jean Peyronnin), 'Tom Hark' (a notable hit record in the late 1950s from South African band Elias and His Zig-Zag Jive Flutes), and 'Tates Freilach' (a klezmer piece composed by Joachim Johow, and played at a frantic pace). Tony Britton, a participant from the North Staffs AC afterwards aptly commented “The workshop was a perfect balance of tuition, pieces, venue, and hospitality. I'm so glad that a couple of us from North Staffs accepted the invite to join in. Many thanks”. Bert Santilly, from Cambridge, is well known for his performances and for leading jazz accordion and busking workshops at the Caister, Seacroft and other accordion festivals. |
