| The 53rd International Accordion Competition Klingenthal was held from the 3rd to 8th May 2016. A report with results and photos is online at: 2016 Klingenthal The laureates of Category IV Open Solo were: 1st Arseniy Strokovskiy (Russia) 2nd Aleksander Stachowski (Poland) 3rd.
