  由德国的 Harmonika-Verband e.V （DHV）组织的世界音乐节，每三年在因斯布鲁克举行一次，由于新冠疫情的大流行而推迟了一年。 现在该活动将于2023年5月18日至21日举行。这为参与的乐团和音乐家提供了充足的准备时间，如果活动在2022年原定日期举行，由于目前新冠病毒大流行期间的排练限制要求，是不可能做到的。 DHV President Jochen Haußmann says, “For over a year, our clubs have not been able to teach and rehearse, or only to a limited extent. Unfortunately, the currently increasing number of infections does not give hope for an early return to rehearsal operations.….. both the DHV and all players are very much looking forward to this 2023 highlight of making music together.” The Harmonikaverband Österreichs (HVÖ) will host its “Day of Harmonica” for the first time in 2023 as part of the World Music Festival. Several thousand visitors are expected to attend this multifaceted festival in Innsbruck to experience performances of orchestras and ensembles from all over the world.
