  The V All-Russian Open Competition of Performers on Folk Instruments named after I.Y. Panitsky will be held in Saratov, Russia from May 14th to 19th, 2021.The event is organised by the L.V. Sobinov State Conservatory and includes classes for accordion and bayan.Friedrich Lips (picture right) is Head of the Jury at this competition. Other jury members include Elena Sidorova, Vyacheslav Bondarenko, Grachev Vladimir, Yuri Gurevich and Faizullin Abuzar.
