 The annual Minnesota State Polka Festival takes place, March 27th to 29th, at the Medina Entertainment Center Ballroom, Minnesota. This will be three days of polka music and dancing, including the Minnesota State Amateur Polka Dance Competition (Standard & Hop Polka) and Minnesota State Amateur Waltz Dance Competition.Bands performing at this year's festival include Full Circle (featuring Polka Hall of famers, Lenny Gomulka, Jimmy Weber and Al Piatkowski, along with Mike Stapinski, Roger Malinowski, and Mike Matousek), Craig Ebel's DyVersaCo, The Bill Koncar Band, * The Bruce Bradley Band, Eddie Blazonczyk's Versatones (Illinois), Stephanie and ‘Her Honky Polka Band’, and The Dolina Polish Folk Dancers.
