| The Interregional Siberian competition of young performers on folk instruments is held annually in memory of the anniversary of well regarded teacher and musician, Andrey N. Romanov, Professor of the Novosibirsk State Conservatory named after M.I. Glinka. This year’s event honors the 60th anniversary of the birth of Andrey Romanov, who made a significant contribution to the development of the Siberian academic bayan school and ensemble performance. Students of children's music schools and children's art schools, students of music colleges and colleges of culture and art, young teachers of children's music schools and children's art schools, music colleges (schools) and colleges of culture and art are invited to participate.
