  The 2nd Istanbul International Accordion Festival was held in Istanbul, Turkey from August 19th to 24th, 2022 organised by Akorder.The festival included the 1st International Istanbul Accordion and Bellows Competition, the 2nd National Accordion and Bellows Competition, MasterClasses, Workshops, Open Ensemble, as well as Loyalty and Commemoration and Festival Concerts. Guest musicians included Aleksa Mirkovic (Serbia), Ruslana Bezpalko (Ukraine), Galimzan Narimbetov (Kazakhistan), Skumbin Miftari (Kosovo) and Marsel Numanaj (Albania). An accordion masterclass was held by Angel Marinov (Bulgaria).
