 New CIA President Raymond Bodell, is inviting CIA members to the 123rd Confédération Internationale des Accordéonistes (CIA) General Assembly of Delegates that will be held in Arrasate, Spain from 5 - 6 of December, 2009.The Winter Congress will coincide with the annual "Arrasateko Akordeoi Lehiaketak" International Accordion Competition being held from the 4 - 8 December, 2009 hosted by our CIA member "Hauspoz" Euskal Herriko Akordeoi Elkartea.
