Video: "Firedance" by Duo Two Accordions Duo Two Accordions (Sergei Teleshev and Maria Telesheva) will give an online concert for the San Francisco Accordion Club on March 20th, 2022. Maria Telesheva was six years old when she started to play the accordion (taught by her father, Sergei Teleshev) and two months after Maria started playing, she won her first International Competition. Since then, she has won several International Competitions in the United States, Canada, Australia, Italy, and Belarus. Classically trained at the Academy of Music in Voronezh, Russia, Sergei Teleshev is a winner of many international accordion competitions. Being the founding member and accordion player of Trio Voronezh (Russia/USA), Classic Klezmer Trio (Sweden), Valinor Quartet (USA/UK), East-West International Project (USA/Japan), Sergei & Nati (USA/Russia) and Duo Two Accordions (USA), he collaborates with many internationally recognized artists, ensembles, and orchestras, composing and arranging music. It is a special treat to listen to the duo of Sergei Teleshev and Maria Telesheva. Their performances are entertaining, virtuosic, and delightful to watch.
