| Video: Duo Paier - Dohrmann from their new album "Inspired Rendezvous". Duo Paier – Dohrmann (Klaus Paier on accordion & bandoneon and Florian Dohrmann on double bass) will tour Austria in October 2023. The two virtuosos find their themes in standards by Ellington and Mingus as well as in their own compositions and improvisations. A kaleidoscope of motifs, colours and rhythms reflect their thoughts and feelings, and above it all is the intoxicating flow of their interplay, which can only come from a musical affinity beyond all styles and genres. A duo and an album for which no better title could have been found than: "Inspired Rendezvous". Their tour will include concerts: • October 5th at 8.30pm: Porgy & Bess Jazz & Music Club in Vienna • October 6th at 7.30pm: Sparkassen Lounge in Neunkirchen • October 7th at 8.30pm: Völkermarkt, Carinthia, Austria |
