  The NE Accordion Festival takes place on November 15th and 16th at the Waite Park Recreation Center, 1810 34th Ave. NE Minneapolis, MN 55418. This event is Minnesota’s finest celebration of the free-reed instrument family including both chromatic and piano accordion, concertina, button box, harmonium, and diatonic accordion. Festivities include concerts, workshops, showcases, and new friends! The performers and workshop leaders include Dee Langley, Dan Newton, Bob Barnes, Denny Malmberg, Datta Hartman, John Scaffeo, Pamara Ritter, and Max Thompson. The festival is from 6.30pm – 10pm on Friday November 15th, and from 9.30am until 10pm on Saturday 16th. For further information email: dlangley@millcityaccordion.org |
