 Leading Italian jazz accordionist Renzo Ruggieri performs in concert on Tuesday January 14th, 6.30pm, at the special school of music attached to the Senior Conservatory (NSMSH), Novosibirsk, Siberia, Russia. The concert is an event in the Malannin Festival, January 9th to 15th, featuring several accordionists.Renzo Ruggieri has performed all over the world to great acclaim. He specialized in jazz piano and accordion, has recorded numerous CDs, and written music and teaching methodology. He was the first accordionist in the world to record a completely improvised work on his CD, ‘Solo Accordion Project’, and is Italy’s first ‘jazz accordion’ teacher. Renzo Ruggieri is the Artistic Director of the Pineto Accordion Jazz Festival. |
