  The Val Tidone International Music Competitions are held annually and have the rules and regulations in both Italian and English. Download: 2018ValTidone.pdfPicture left: 2017 accordion winner Michele Bianco (Italy). The event will be held in Val Tidone from 7th to 17th June, 2018. The Artistic Director is Livio Bollani and the event is organised by the Fondazione Val Tidone Musica. The event offers money prizes and concerts (total prize money amounts to more than 20,000 Euro plus 10 concerts), recordings, publication and performance of the selected scores. Jury for the 'Young Talents' accordion section are: Mirco Patarini (Italy), Alexander Selivanov (Russia), Antonio Spaccarotella (Italy) and Raimondas Sviackevicius (Lithuania), Oscar Van Dillen (Holland). There are solo prizes, young peoples competitions for instruments including accordion, chamber music and other classes where the accordionists can play with other instruments in groups.
