| 第十一次全俄比赛"Green City Spring" (绿色城市之春) 将于2021年4月10日至5月20日在线上举行。 The annual event is supported by The State Budget Office for Additional Vocational Education and Excellence in The City of Moscow "Direction of Educational Programs in Culture and the Arts", The Center for Professional Excellence of the Moscow DOP for Bayan and Accordion, Dmitri Hvorostovsky State Institute of Arts and Moscow Governor's College of Art. 评委团将对参赛者进行评估，评委团的成员包括 Naiko Sergey Fedorovich（主席），Artyom Evgenyevich（巴扬和手风琴专业卓越中心负责人）和 Maxim Fedorov（莫斯科总督艺术学院的讲师，多乐器演奏家，国际比赛冠军）。 比赛报名将于4月10日开放，于2021年4月28日截止。参赛者将通过发送视频的形式展示其表演。 在此处下载俄语竞赛规则：2021GreenCityCompRules.pdf 有关详细信息，请致电：8-925-285-74-58 |
