 Video above: Encore in Castelo Branco at end of 2009 concert.The famous German accordionist Andreas Nebl was on a concert tour in Japan with his wife, the former harmonica world champion Naoko Nebl (born Takeuchi). With a new program of works by Bach, Handel and Japanese music, they were able to inspire their Japanese audience. There were more than 800 audience at the Klassikkonzert in Kanagawa alone. The pianist Shigeko Ishii was also a chamber music partner of the two. Next year, Andreas and Naoko Nebl will be performing at the "World Harmonica Festival" in Trossingen being held, 31st October to 5th November 2017. |
