  "Stockport Accordion Club's Newsletters - a Diary of Squeezing" is a fascinating look back through 200 club newsletters written since 1987, describing our club’s many ups and downs.In 1987 our then MD Clifford Wood asked me to write a newsletter, and 35 years later I am still writing them! During the last lockdown I revisited the 200 past newsletters for the first time, and edited them into a loose diary form, then published the result as a book. This unique and fully illustrated hardback book was produced for our members, past members and friends, and all those who now have it just love it, so I am told! It is a trip down memory lane like no other. The book is available free in exchange for a donation (of any amount) which will go to St Ann's Hospice, Heald Green, Stockport. The newsletters describe Stockport Accordion Club’s NAO North West Area Festivals (1988-96), our many Club Night concerts and guest artists (1990-2019), club visits to accordion festivals and NAO UK Championships, and much else involving SAC’s members.
