 Das Festival Accords Des Montagnes 2022 findet vom 15. bis 21. Januar im Chalet des Roches in La Bresse, Vogesen, Frankreich (Bild oben) statt und wird von Frédéric Buch organisiert.Das Festival beginnt mit einem Eröffnungs-Galadinner in der Kongresshalle, bei dem Frédéric Buch und sein Orchester am 15. Januar um 20 Uhr auftreten. Während des gesamten Festivals gibt es Auftritte und Meisterklassen von über 20 Künstlern und Gruppen. Ein Meisterkurs mit Jean-Louis Noton & Roman Jbanov ist für alle Altersgruppen und alle Niveaus gedacht und findet vom 15. bis 18. Januar statt. Roman Jbanov wird sich mit Körperbalance, Vorstellungskraft, Balgtechniken und der Arbeit mit Klang und Berührung befassen, während Jean-Louis Noton die Möglichkeiten des digitalen Akkordeons vorstellen wird. | Der beliebte japanische Entertainer "Coba" trat bei der 20. Christmas Creation 2021 Fashion Show & Exhibition auf, die am 12. Dezember 2021 in der KDDI Ishin Hall Main Hall Stage in Yamaguchi City, Präfektur Yamaguchi, stattfand. Die Veranstaltung war in Verbindung mit der "Yamaguchi Rovaniemi Design Week 2021" Coba unterhielt während des Eröffnungstanzes mit dem Lied "It's Christmas. Weiters spielte er, während die Models am Denim Fashion Design Contest teilnahmen, der das Thema "Upcycling mit Jeans" hatte, sowie im Bereich des Planungs- und Designlabors (Yamaguchi Fashion & Textile Research Institute). |

 Der Akkordeonist Marco Lo Russo hat bei den 18. Angel Film Awards des Internationalen Filmfestivals von Monaco, die diese Woche in Monaco stattfanden, den Preis für den besten Original-Soundtrack gewonnen.Der Preis wurde für Marcos Musik für den kubanisch-italienischen Film "La Machetera" verliehen. Der Film wurde von wahren Begebenheiten inspiriert, die sich 1978 in Kuba ereigneten, und von denjenigen, die mutig für die Emanzipation der Frauen und die Gleichstellung von Männern und Frauen kämpften. Marco Lo Russo sagte: "Das Glück, so viele Jahre in Kuba gelebt zu haben, auch dank der Zusammenarbeit und Freundschaft mit Maestro Leo Brouwer, hat es mir ermöglicht, diesen Film mit einem Soundtrack zu versehen, der den authentischsten Teil dieses wunderbaren Landes erzählen will." Dieses Jahr hat Marco Lo Russo auch den Preis für den besten ausländischen Film auf dem Los Angeles LA Femme Film Festival 2021 International Film Festival gewonnen. |

 The XII International Competition named after N.I. Beloborodov for young performers on the bayan and accordion will be held in Tula from March 28th to 31st, 2022.The competition will be held in 2 rounds and include the following age categories: • up to 9 years old (inclusive) • from 10 to 11 years old (inclusive) • from 12 to 13 years old (inclusive) • from 14 to 15 years old (inclusive) • from 16 to 17 years old (inclusive) • from 18 to 19 years old (inclusive) Competitors must perform their entire program by memory. A final Closing Gala concert and prizegiving of the Arrasate Accordion Competitions and Arrasate Hiria International Accordion Competition 2021 was held on December 6th at the Amaia Theater. The event included performances by the 2019 competition winners. |

| Mirko Satto (accordion & bandoneon) will perform at the Tango and Cinema Event! in Padova, Italy on December 18th, 2021 organised by Veneto Padova Spettacoli. The event includes live music & tango with a silent film “The Four Knights of the Apocalypse” by Rex Ingram with Rudolph Valentino. During the evening there will be an Argentine tango performance by Estudio de Tango with Silvia Sollano and Stefano Gambarotto. The film tells the story of Madariaga, a wealthy Argentine landowner who has two daughters. One marries the French Marcelo Desnoyers, a lover of art and democracy; the other marries Karl von Hartrott, an authoritarian and militarist German. Both daughters give birth to a male heir, but Madariaga has a strong fondness for Julio, son of Marcelo, a lively and beautiful dreamer. On the death of the old patriarch, after dividing the inheritance equally, the family splits up and the Desnoyers go to live in Paris while the von Hartrotts settle in Berlin. Julio, who became a painter, falls madly in love with Margherite, a married woman, causing a big scandal and at the outbreak of the First World War, he refuses to wear the uniform and leave for the front. | Video: Check Accordion Trio performing Holy Night – their version of Silent Night. The Check Accordion Trio will perform two Christmas concerts this week which will consist of the trio’s traditional repertoire, supplemented by non-traditional staging of Christmas songs and carols. The whole evening concerts will be humorous. The first concert will be held in Litvínov, Ústí nad Labem on December 21st and the second will be held in Kutná Hora, Central Bohemia, on December 23rd. The trio consists of Marketa Lastovickova, Marie Cejnova and Michal Karban. They enjoy playing a mix of classical pieces, Balkan music, Argentine tango and much more.
