 The 2022 Dean Martin Prize was awarded to accordionist Danilo Di Paolonicola (pictured below at the award ceremony) in Vasto, Italy this week.Danilo is the creator of the Orchestra Popolare del Saltarello project which was born from an operation of research and revaluation of the musical tradition of Abruzzo. The Dean Martin prize was given in recognition of his work with the orchestra. |
