 Picture above from left: Li Cong (2nd place), Krešimir Lulic (winner) and on the right, Vladimir Stupnikov (3rd place).The winner of the XXIX “Arrasate Hiria” International Accordion Competition held in Arrasate-Mondragón, Basque Country, Spain is Krešimir Lulic (Croatia). He will be invited by the organizers to give a series of concerts at the 2023 XXX “Arrasate Hiria” International Accordion Competition. The event was held from December 2nd to 4th, 2022, organised by “Hauspoz” Euskal Herriko Akordeoi Elkartea, the Town Hall of Arrasate and the County Council of Gipuzkoa. The international jury, which included Veli Kujala (Finland), Geir Draugsvoll (Norway), Ander Telleria (Spain), Mie Miki (Japan/Germany), announced only twenty hundredths separated the first and third placings.
