 从2021年1月18日至31日，俄罗斯克拉斯诺亚尔斯克市将举办第21届国际乐器演奏者音乐节比赛。比赛包括各种年龄组别的乐器，包括手风琴及巴扬独奏家，二重奏，管弦乐队和合奏，其中包括手风琴，巴扬和其他乐器，如钢琴，木管乐器，打击乐器，低音，合成器等。 Competitors in the 2021 event will compete by sending in video recordings of their performance. Performances can be recorded in the concert hall, classroom, at home, as well as during exams, credits, concert and other performances. Competition entries close on January 17th, 2021.
