 The 2015 East and South China “Hohner Cup”Accordion Competition was held from 12th to 26th December in Shanghai. The event was organised by the President of China Accordion Association (CAA) Prof. Li Cong (picture above), and Executive members Crystal Wang and Ding Peng and others.More than 600 contestants took part in the solo and group categories with the Awards Concert being held on the 27th December. All the winners were performing plus some guest orchestras. This competition and festival was most successful and helping to promote the development of the accordion.
