 The annual International Accordion Festival takes place at various venues in Vienna from February 20th to March 20th. This is the 17th festival with a management team led by Friedl Preisl who again has aimed to balance between proven musical greats and new discoveries. This is one of the largest annual accordion festivals with some 30 concerts/events at 18 different venues. Artists at this month long major international festival include: Otto Lechner and the Ziehharmonische Orchester Wien, CJ Chenier & Red Hot Louisiana Band, Motion Trio, Nebl & Nebl, Dancas Ocultas, Klaus Paier & Asja Valcic and many others.
