| The Akkordeonakut festival okt 2016 – a ‘global music festival’ - takes place from Friday October 14th to Sunday October 23rd at venues in Halle, Saale, Germany. This festival offers a wide range of events, including concerts, workshops, tango dance tuition, Buster Keaton silent movies with accordion accompaniment, quiz show, and an accordion exhibition. Performers include Renato Borghetti (Brazil), Dikanda (Poland), Cathrin Pfeifer & Sonny Thet, Godard/Biondini/Niggli, Landes-Akkordeon-Ensemble, Bundesakkordeon Orchester, and the Rebekka Bakken Accordion Project.
