  The 64th CMA Trophée Mondial is to be hosted in Kaunas, Lithuania from the 23rd - 28th September 2014 by the Lithuanian National Accordionist's Union under its President Kazys Stonkus and Vice President Mindaugas Labanauskas. CMA President Frédéric Deschamps (picture right) states “we are delighted to be visiting Lithuania and the town of Kaunas for the first time, venue for our Trophée Mondial 2014.” The International jury will be extremely busy since the festival, has attracted some 120 entrants in the various categories, the contestants attending from over 20 different countries including USA, Brasil, China, Russia and all over Europe. As in previous years the event will be broadcast live in its entirety on the Web.
