| 以第10儿童音乐学校“Dinamika”为基础，今年的第二届全俄罗斯民间乐器“俄罗斯旋律”演奏者比赛将于2021年11月22日至26日在线上举行，主要面向按钮式手风琴和键盘式手风琴。比赛是在彼尔姆市政府文化和青年政策司的支持下举行的。 The main objectives of the Competition are to expand the possibilities of creative formation of performers on folk instruments, identification and support of the most gifted students, along with the expansion and strengthening of interregional ties. The jury consists of Ozerov Sergey Alexandrovich (button accordion, N. Novgorod), Kartashov Viktor Dmitrievich (button accordion, Saratov), Burlakov Mikhail Sergeevich (button accordion, Moscow) and Novikov Grigory Vladimirovich (Russia, N. Novgorod).
