General Eligibility - Junior Coupe Mondiale, 2003
  • There is no limit of numbers of candidates from each country.
  • Candidates up to 18 years of age are allowed to enter the competition - year of birth: born 1985 or later. All entries must include a copy of birth certificate of the candidate.

Candidates Programme - Junior Coupe Mondiale, 2003

There will be two (2) rounds and only two (2) pieces are allowed to be performed in each round.
Round I - Test Programme
  • TEST-PROGRAMME: Two (2) pieces must be played which must include one original work for accordion and one baroque work written for harpsichord/clavichord.
  • Playing time: minimum 10 minutes to maximum 15 minutes playing time. Failure to observe minimum or maximum playing time will result in a mark penalty by the jury
Round II - Own Choice Programme
  • OWN CHOICE PROGRAMME: Two (2) pieces must be played which must include one original work for accordion. Individual movements from cyclic works are acceptable.
  • Playing time: minimum 10 minutes to maximum 15 minutes playing time. Failure to observe minimum or maximum playing time will result in a mark penalty by the jury.
Prizes and Awards - Junior Coupe Mondiale, 2003
  • All candidates shall receive a Diploma of participation
  • 1st: SKK 20,000, 2nd:SKK 10,000, 3rd: SKK 8,000
  • National member associations are requested to offer concerts or a tour for the 1st Prize Winners.
  • All winners must be present in person at the awards ceremony in appropriate attire. In case of absence, the prize may be accepted by a delegate of their country. Diplomas will be mailed by the Secretariat.
