 The Jimmy Blair Accordion Orchestra (MD Gary Blair) perform in concert on Saturday June 1st, 3pm, at the Campsie Show (9am until 5pm), Bogton Farm, Torrance, East Dunbartonshire.The original Jimmy Blair Accordion Orchestra was formed in the early 1970s, and its Elementary, Intermediate and Advanced and bands were dominant in the NAO All Britain Championships during the 1970s and into the next decade. The JBAO was revived in 2009 by Gary Blair, son of the late Jimmy Blair, and the new orchestra has proved to be championship winners, magnificently maintaining a long tradition. |
