 On Friday June 12th the Craven Accordion Orchestra will be hosting another of their very popular Club Nights at Crosshills Social Club. The evening starts at 7.45pm and will have a host of artists performing, many which have been successful at both area festivals and the NAO UK Championships 2015. Admission: adults £5, children £3.50.The Craven Accordion Orchestra will be performing at the Club Night with a varied programme of music, featuring Christina Longbottom on vocals. The guest artist will be Scottish accordionist Roy Hendrie. Roy Hendrie started learning the accordion at age 11 and won the NAO UK Junior championship at age 15. Roy runs his own ceilidh band ‘Oran Mor’, and has recorded numerous radio broadcasts for BBC Radio Scotland’s ‘Take the Floor’ and a live TV broadcast for BBC TV's ‘Mod’ show.
