 CIA President, Raymond Bodell looks forward to welcoming you to the to the 64th Coupe Mondiale and the 126th CIA International General Assembly of Delegates Congress in Shanghai, China, being hosted by the Accordion Association of Chinese Musicians Association (CAA) and the Shanghai Musicians Association. The Rules and Regulations for the event being held in Shanghai 2-6 October 2011 are now online on the Coupe Mondiale website.
