 The Gooikoorts International Music Festival will be held from July 5th to 7th and is at the crossroads of traditional and contemporary folk music. For twelve years, the organizers have been offering a high-quality event in a relaxed and family atmosphere, all set in the inviting setting of the green hills of Pajottenland.The concept has grown over the years and currently includes eleven concerts, including four purely acoustic, a massed concert, three balls, a large luthier market, initiations and a musical game island for the youngest. The headliners are internationally recognized artists with new talents added each year. The musical atmosphere continues regularly until the early hours with nightly jams. See Poster for details. |
