 Eric Dann and Matthias Matzke (pictured above) will tutor a course introducing jazz, rock/pop and world music with its international facets and backgrounds, typical patterns and stylistic peculiarities at the Hohner Conservatory in Trossingen, Germany (picture left).The course will begin with an orientation phase on November 20th and 21st, 2021 and is aimed at all accordionists, both with a classical or popular music background, who want to immerse themselves in the world of popular styles, apply them safely and also pass them on. A special focus will be on free play and improvisation as well as the interplay in combo, ensemble or orchestra. The deadline for registrations is October 15th, 2021.
