| The New Zealand Accordion Association (NZAA) hosted a Masterclass by Grayson Masefield from the 22 to 26 January in Auckland at Sunnybrae School. Students could decide if they wished to listen to the public lessons or practise and at the end of each day, every student performed a concert with parents and other people attending. Students are preparing for the NZAA South Pacific Accordion Championships and Festival in June and the Harbin International Accordion Competitions in August, China.
