  The Castelfidardo and Rassegna "Museums in Music" invited the enchanting duo of Sergio Scappini and Mascia Foschi (ballerina, actress and singer) to the Teatro Astra in Castelfidardo. Sergio Scappini on his classical accordion Bugari honoring the shortly passed away and beloved Castelfidardo artist Gervasio Marcosignori, by performing one of his famous pieces. Not only Marcosignori was remembered by Sergio Scappini and Mascia Foschi. Also remembered were Mia Martini and Edith Piaf and their wonderful music, underlined by the many options of the digital Roland V-Accordion so artistically performed by Sergio Scappini. A true delight for the public was the performance and powerful voice of singer Mascia Foschi interpreting various tangos in the original language.Throughout the Teatro Astra, one could feel a light vibration of emotions, sometimes see the tapping of the feet or quiet humming to the music. Long lasting applause by the audience honored both of these artists. |
