Concertino Accordion Band Performs at 2022 "DescOperă" Festival - Moldovaby Christine Johnstone |

| The Concertino Accordion Band performed at the 5th "DescOpera" outdoor classical music festival held in Butuceni, Moldova from June 17th to 19th, 2022. Their performance was part of a modern production of the famous opera "Carmen" by Bizet, along with performers Ljubica Vranes (Serbia), Dragoljub Bajic (Serbia), narrator Nicolae Jelescu, the Academic Choral Chapel "Doina" (led by Ilona Stepan), the Children's Choir of the National Opera and Ballet Theatre "Maria Biesu" and the National Philharmonic "Serghei Lunchevici". The event was organized by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Moldova in partnership with the National Association for Inbound Tourism of Moldova (ANTRIM) and with the support of the Light Industry competitiveness support and tourism activity (MCTA), funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). |
