 The University of Music Lausanne (HEMU), located in French-speaking Switzerland, is renowned for its highly qualified staff, its challenging and comprehensive program of studies, and its firm commitment to music on the regional, national and international levels. The HEMU’s classical and jazz departments afford students university-level training based on both theory and practice, and facilitate their immediate entry into the professional world at the end of their studies. Auditions are: Tuesday, April 11 at 9 AM - 4 PM Applicants should contact the accordion tutor Stéphane Chapuis promptly for information. HEMU students of accordion for 2016-2017 are: Grayson Masefield (New Zealand) - Master de soliste 2 Augustinas Rakauskas (Lithuania) - Master de concert 2 Tiffanie Mueller (Switzerland) - Master de pédagogie 2 Naomi Sanchez (Switzerland) - Bachelor 3 Valentin Claivoz (Switzerland) - Bachelor 2 Jean-Baptiste Baudin (France) - Bachelor 1 Sara Formoso Fabregas (Spain) - Erasmus Students who have completed their studies at HEMU: Julien Paillard (Switzerland), Ma Shuang (China), Julien Tudisco (Switzerland), Lisa Biard (Switzerland), Christel Sautaux (Switzerland), Dimitri Bouclier (France). The HEMU’s Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees are accredited by the Swiss Confederation and the “Musique et arts de la scène” division of the University of Applied Sciences Western Switzerland (HES -SO), Switzerland’s largest professional training network. |
