Accordion Festival Stamp Issued, Salto – Uruguayby Rob Howard |
  This week the Mail Uruguayan Mail Service has issued a special this stamp commemorating the 5th International Meeting of Accordions festival held in Salto this summer. The stamp is an acknowledgment of the long-term work on behalf of the accordion and the festival by the organisers Silvio Previale and his son of the same name. |
