 On February 2nd, 7pm, French accordionist Vincent Lhermet performs with a choir and orchestra, conducted by Charles Barbier, at the Helsinki Music Center, Finland. Also featured will be Maria Hostikka (baroque dance), Lauri Kankkunen (cello), and Anssi Koskela (violin). The concert is organized by l'Institut Francais de Finlande and is part of the Festival SibaFest 2012. This concert will be broadcast live by the Finnish Broadcast National Radio (YLE) in memory of the centenary of Jean Francaix's birth (2012). For further information email: lhermet.vincent@gmail.com |
