 The Lowell Folk Festival takes place in Lowell National Historical Park, Massachusetts, from July 24th to 26th (24th, 6:40-10pm; 25th, 12-10pm; 26th, 12-6pm). The Eddie Forman Orchestra, Genticorum (Quebec, Canada), Rosie Ledet and the Zydeco Playboys, and Frank London's Klezmer Brass All-Stars are just a few of this year’s performers.
