| Vidéo : 2021 Festival "Berlin célèbre Piazzolla" dédié à Astor Piazzolla. L'association Pantonale e.V. www.pantonale.com s'est fait un nom dans le milieu de l'accordéon et grâce à ses festivals organisés annuellement, qui ont attiré beaucoup d'attention au niveau international. Après le festival "Berlin célèbre Piazzolla", Pantonale a décidé cette année d'organiser un "Festival de la paix" à la Philharmonie de Berlin et à la Porte de Brandebourg. Des artistes d'Ukraine et de Russie viendront à ce festival, ainsi que des musiciens d'Italie, de Colombie, d'Autriche et d'Allemagne sont attendus. Les accordéonistes de renom Yuri Shishkin, Eduard Akhanov, Volodymyr Kashuta et le guitariste Vitaliy Shal se produiront lors du concert d'ouverture à l'église Trinitatis de Berlin Charlottenburg. Le "Kollektiv Duo" Raphael Brunner, (accordéon) et Juan Carlos Diaz, (flûte - Autriche et Colombie) inspirent actuellement la scène de la musique mondiale et interpréteront leurs propres compositions. Le "Quinteto Respiro" de France, lauréat du concours de musique Piazzolla 2021, présentera son nouveau programme "Pictures at an Exhibition" (Modest Mussorgsky, arr. Gustavo Beytelmann). Tout au long de la semaine, les concerts du festival de la paix seront entendus dans le parc Steglitz, dans les églises et les écoles. Les programmes des concerts comprendront également des œuvres du compositeur ukrainien Viktor Vlasov, de Georg Gershwin et d'Alexander Tsfasman. Un quintette à cordes et un trio de jazz assureront le cadre musical des concerts. Les dates des concerts sont les suivantes : - 10 septembre à 18h : Concert d'ouverture à l'église Trinitatis de Berlin Charlottenburg. - 17 septembre à 19h00 : Salle de musique de chambre de la Philharmonie de Berlin - 18 septembre à 17h : Porte de Brandebourg Avec ce festival, nous voulons envoyer un signe de paix dans le monde ! |

| Le 27ème Festival International de l'Accordéon Hoogezand-Sappemeer aura lieu au Théâtre Kielzog à Hoogezand, Pays-Bas, le 9 octobre 2022 à 13h, présenté par Adri Kruijer. L'événement est consacré à la musique d'Amsterdam d'une époque révolue avec des tubes de Tante Leen, Johnny Jordaan, Willy Alberti, Johnny Meijer et bien d'autres. Parmi les artistes, citons le Rembrandt Duo avec Eddy Hoorenman et Huub Eikenboom, Piet Schmidt et Gert Wantenaar qui seront accompagnés par Klaas Kreuijer (batterie) et Joris Bijleveld (contrebasse).  Neil Thornock, de Provo, Utah, (photo de droite) a remporté le concours de composition Elsie Bennett de l'Association américaine des accordéonistes (AAA) cette année avec son solo d'accordéon charmant et obsédant, Moon-k'ssed Conifers.Neil Thornock a composé pour une variété de forces, notamment des œuvres orchestrales, électroniques, de chambre et solos. Une grande partie de sa musique est écrite pour sa propre technique de clavier idiosyncrasique sur orgue, piano, carillon, accordéon et autres instruments. En 2019, il a créé son œuvre de trois heures Planetarium pour orgue et électronique. Actuellement, Thornock est professeur de composition et de théorie à l'université Brigham Young à Provo, dans l'Utah. Lui et sa femme Tammy sont les parents de sept enfants. Neil Thornock écrit : "J'ai composé Moon-kiss'd Conifers pour mettre en valeur l'acoustique étonnante et très réverbérante de l'atrium central du Harris Fine Arts Center de la Brigham Young University, un bâtiment qui sera démoli au début de 2023. Les harmonies qui se déplacent lentement et les mélodies souples laissent de l'espace pour que la résonance transparaisse. Le résultat est nocturne et peut-être un peu liturgique." | Le Festival Avsenik 2022 se tiendra à Begunje, en Slovénie, du 26 au 28 août 2022, suite à l'annulation de l'événement de 2021 pour cause de Covid-19. Le festival est l'un des plus grands événements de l'année organisés à Begunje na Gorenjskem, en Slovénie. Il comprendra trois soirées musicales et plus de 20 groupes de divertissement locaux et étrangers. | The XXIV Kokkola Winter Accordion Festival was held in Kokkola and Pietarsaari, Finland from May 17th to 28th, 2022. The events included a variety of music concerts for all ages from children through to seniors. Guardia Nueva conducted by Raimo Vertainen gave a jubilee concert entitled “Multifaceted Diamond – Guardia Nueva 20 years” which featured soloists Jarkko Ahola, Arja Koriseva, Teemu Roivainen and Jepa Lambert performing pieces specially arranged for the orchestra but in its classic style.   The Whitby Folk Week Festival will be held in Whitby, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, England from August 20th to 26th August 2022.The event will include a variety of concerts, workshops, ceilidhs, dances, sessions, talks, presentations, interviews and a children’s festival. Event partners are City and municipality of Niepolomice, Royal Castle in Niepolomice, Malopolskie Sound and Word Center, and the First grade Music School in Nowa Huta Branch in Niepolomice.  The 31st Annual Cotati Accordion Festival gets underway this weekend, August 20th and 21st, 2022 in La Plaza Park, Downtown Cotati, California, USA.Music at the festival will range from Conjunto, folk, jazz, Irish, Venezuelan, rock, classical, zydeco, western & more. The event will include a Jam Tent, a Zydeco Dance Party, a Student Stage, the Ray's Deli Stage, and two main stages, along with over 60 vendors including crafts, accordions, food, wine and beer. | Video: Information on the 37th Froger-Ferron Prize Festival. The 37th Froger-Ferron Prize Festival will be held in Parcé, Fougères, Brittany, France on September 10th and 11th, 2022, organised by the AFAP (Association de Formation et d'Animation Populaire). The aim of the event is to promote and bring to life the music, tales, songs and traditional dances of Brittany and will feature a variety of traditional music, competitions, meetings, dancing, and an accordion exhibition. Every year several hundred diatonic accordionists come together to compete in a solo or duo competition or simply take part in this great gathering of traditional music and dance.  L'Christchurch Symphony Orchestra (CSO) a invité Grayson Masefield à se joindre à lui pour un projet intéressant au début de l'année, pour une représentation le samedi 30 juillet. Azul de Golijov, commandé à l'origine pour Yo-Yo Ma et son "hyper-accordéon", devait être interprété par l'orchestre symphonique de Christchurch, dans l'un des dix hôtels de ville les mieux conçus au monde sur le plan acoustique - le nouvel hôtel de ville de Christchurch, Nouvelle-Zélande. Le violoncelliste de Londres, Matthew Barley, et l'accordéoniste d'Auckland, Grayson Masefield, ont été rejoints par deux percussionnistes locaux pour former un groupe d'obligés. La partition prévoyait également une disposition non traditionnelle des sièges de l'orchestre symphonique de Christchurch pour les entourer. Le chef d'orchestre Benjamin Northey était ravi du succès du son créé par l'œuvre. Le public a vraiment apprécié cette pièce contemporaine, donnant à cette œuvre de 30 minutes les applaudissements les plus longs et les plus forts de la soirée. Radio New Zealand a enregistré la performance, dont le lien sera disponible sous peu. Le président, le trésorier et le secrétaire de New Zealand Accordion Association (NZAA) étaient présents, ainsi que des membres de Canterbury Accordion Association.
