| Last week Accordions Worldwide featured “Skerryvore” (which includes brothers Daniel on accordion and Martin Gillespie on pipes, whistles and accordion) who recorded a special single and video as a tribute to NHS workers fighting the coronavirus. See news item: http://www.accordions.com/news.aspx?d=10-Apr-2020&lang=en#art16369 Over Easter the group have announced “Thanks to your incredible generosity and support we are absolutely blown away that 'Everyday Heroes' is currently sitting in the No.1 position on the iTunes singles chart!!!” The single was arranged, mixed and mastered by Scott Wood of Skerryvore and was written by accordionist and piper Martin Gillespie. |
