 Colombian accordionist Lacides Romero is currently visiting Argentina and Uruguay, presenting accordion workshops and also serving as a competition jury member. On August 13th Lacides Romero held a harmony workshop for accordion at the Anconetani Accordion Museum in Buenos Aires, Argentina. On Saturday August 15th he will hold a workshop on improvisation in San Jorge, Uruguay, where he will be also serving as a jury member for the 15th Latin American Accordion Championships. Lacides will present a workshop on methodology and improvisation on Wednesday August 19th at the University of Buenos Aires, and on Friday August 21st will present the same workshop at the University of Montivideo in Uruguay.
