 The annual Banbury Folk Festival, October 9th to 11th, takes place at Banbury Town Hall, The Mill Arts Centre and the General Foods Social Club. The festival features many leading folk singers, musicans, bands and dance teams. Guests including free reed instruments include the band Little Johnny England, singer and concertina player Bernard Wrigley, Heretique (featuring accordionist Murray Grainger), Rag N’Roll Band, and Fat Freddy’s Cat (featuring accordionist Susanne Winterbottom), All Blacked Up, Random, Moulin Bleu, and the Old Mettle Dance Band. |
