The 63rd Trophée Mondial by CMA (Confédération Mondiale de l’Accordeon) is to be held for the second time in its history in Samara, Russia, from September 24th to 29th. The festival, which has attracted over 80 entries in the various categories of competition including classical, variety, diatonic, and ensemble and a special new show category 'Bayan Mix', is organised by CMA representative Sergey Voitenko (picture left) and Elena Tatarinova. The opening welcome is to include a spectacular cruise on the Volga River for all guests attending. CMA President Frédéric Deschamps (picture lower left) is looking forward to welcoming guests from more than 20 countries including Brazil, Chile, and China, as well as international jury members, which includes Friedrich Lips (Russia), Miljan Bjeletic (Serbia), Jacques Mornet (France), Renzo Ruggieri (Italy), etc. With over 15000 euro prize money and spectacular concerts, this is an event not too be missed.
