Tenth chinesischer Golden Bell Award für Musik, Akkordeon-Wettbewerb – Chinaby Jessica Shi Xuan |

 Der zehnte Jinzhong chinesische Golden Bell Award für Musik mit dem Akkordeon-Wettbewerb wird in Guangzhou vom 17. bis 25. November 2015 stattfinden. Das ist das erste Mal, daß das Akkordeon in diesem nationalen Musikpreise einbezogen wird, mit dem Ziel die chinesische Akkordeon Kunstentwicklung und chinesische Akkordeontalente zu fördern.Der chinesische Golden Bell Award für Musik ist Co-gesponsert von der China Federation von Literatur- und Kunst und dem chinesischen Musikkünstlervereins. Der Jinzhong chinesische Golden Bell Award wurde im Jahr 2003 gegründet und Guangzhou ist seit 2001 die permanente Gastgeberstadt für diesen nationalen Musikpreis. Die Akkordeon-Gruppen Teilnehmer sind im Alter von 15 bis 35 Jahren und insgesamt wurden 24 Einträge ausgewählt worden um bei der Vorentscheidung teilzunehmen. Von diesen wurden 12 Einträge für das Halbfinale ausgewählt und 6 Einträge für die Endrunde. Vergeben wird: 1 Gold Award, 2 Silber Awards, 3 Bronze Awards, mit Preisen von 30.000 Yuan, 20.000 Yuan und 10.000 Yuan. Wir wünschen diesem neuen Jinzhong chinesischen Golden Bell Award für Musik, Akkordeongruppe-Wettbewerb, viel Erfolg für diese erste und kommenden Jahre. Ein voller Berichte über diesen aufregenden neuen nationalen Wettbewerb gibt es ab 21. November. |

 Zwei italienische Akkordeons kann als Wanddekoration mit einem dritten (spielbarem ) Akkordeon im Manfredis Italian Restaurant an Bord des Viking Kreuzfahrtschiffes, ein herrliches, mittelgroßes (930 Personen) Passagier Kreuzfahrtschiff bewundern. Bild oben mit dem Komponisten Douglas Ward.Die drei Akkordeons wurden von Alan Young aus Gross Britannien zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Schwesternschiffe Viking Sky und Viking Sea sind derzeit in Kontruktion, um im Jahr 2016 bzw. 2017 in See zu stechen. Auch sie werden ein Manfredis Italienisches Restaurant an Bord haben und vielleicht kommt es dann auch noch zu einer Akkordeonflotte? In der Zwischenzeit gibt es große Fotos der weltbekannten amerikanischen Akkordeonisten und Akkordeon Orchester aus den 40iger und 50iger Jahren (einschließlich Frank Gaviani und sein Orchester) als Wanddekoration in der Sorrento Pizzeria an Bord der Royal Caribbean International 3701-Personen-großes Resort Schiff Freedom of the Seas.  Das Fine Arts Quartett ist eines der berühmtesten USA Quartette, das im Jahre 1946 gegründet wurde. Sie haben Friedrich Lips eingeladen, sie im Konzert im Londoner Kings Place, am 22. November, um 18.30 Uhr zu begleiten.Aufführen wird Friedrich Lips und das Fine Arts Quartett „Efrem Podgats Arbeit Quintett für Streicher und Accordéon“, das im Jahr 2002 komponiert wurde. Die Fine Arts Quartet mit Ralph Evans (Violine), Efim Boico (Violine), Juan-Miguel Hernandez (Viola), Robert Cohen (Violoncello) ist für die Förderung der zeitgenössischen Musik durch Performances und Premieren bekannt. Internationale Festival für Musik für Akkordeon im Weißen Saal der St. Petersburger Polytechnischen Universität und im Kammermusiksaal des St. Petersburger Konservatoriums. 1. November-Konzert stellte das "Timbre Russian", ein einzigartiges Ensemble von Moskau, Musik auf Akkordeon des russischen Meisters Nicolay Kosorukov vor. Diese Instrumente imitieren den Klang der beliebtesten klassischen Blasinstrumenten: tuba, französisches Horn, Klarinette, Oboe und "Timbre Russian" spielte ein hervorragendes Programm aus verschiedenen Stilen und Genres. 2. November-Konzert, 1. Hälfte mit dem Gewinner vieler internationalen Wettbewerbe, Vladislav Pligovka von Belarus. Sein faszinierender Stil an Darbietung, hervorragende Technik und gutes Gefühl für Melodie begeisterte das Publikum. Sein Programm von Scarlatti, Pachelbel, Rachmaninov. Die zweite Hälfte des Konzerts galt einem Akkordeonist aus "einer anderen musikalischen Welt" voller Energie – dem ausgezeichneten italienischen Jazz Akkordeonisten Renzo Ruggieri. Wie immer überraschte Renzo das Sankt Petersburg Publikum mit seinem neuen Programm, einschließlich seiner Interpretation und Improvisationen von Themen des klassischen argentinischen Tangos: Werke von Piazzolla, Villoldo und Rodriguez und natürlich einige seiner berühmtesten Kompositionen, um das Publikum zu begeistern. 3. November-Konzert mit Auftritten der besten Schüler der Sankt Petersburg Hochschulen einschließlich der Preisträger der verschiedenen 2015-Wettbewerbe.  Finnish accordionist Mika Väyrynen has released his latest CD recording 'Danse Macabre', featuring a variety of works including original works he has commissioned for the accordion, transcriptions and original works. Works include pieces by Galynin, Sallinen, Grieg, Korpijaakko, Väyrynen, Lyytikäinen, Rachmaninov and Saint-Saëns/Horowitz, arr. M. Mika Väyrynen (b. 1967) is one of the most well-known and respected accordion artists in the world today. He started his performance career by giving his debut recital in 1985, when was just 17 years old. Since then, he has concertized all over the world, including most of the European countries, all Nordic countries, Japan, Russia, the USA, and China. He has performed as soloist of practically every major Finnish Orchestra, as well as the Estonian State Philharmonic Orchestra, the Tallinn Chamber Orchestra and the Copenhagen Philharmonic. Conductors with whom he has performed include Okko Kamu, Sakari Oramo, John Storgårds, Ralf Gothoni, Juha Nikkola, Olari Elts, Vello Pähn, Atso Almila, Andres Mustonen, and many others. As a chamber musician, Mika has performed with renowned instrumentalists such as Arto Noras, Ralf Gothoni, Jan-Erik Gustafsson, Vladimir Mendelssohn, Ramon Jaffe, Jaakko and Pekka Kuusisto, to name just a few while appearing at major music festivals such as the Pablo Casals Festival in Prades, France (as the first accordionist in the history of that festival), at the Kuhmo Chamber Music Festival (where he was given special honor to of performing a solo recital in 2005), at the Naantali Music Festival, the Loviisa Sibelius Festival, and the Tuusulalake Chamber Music Festival.  Over the years, Joan Grauman has been recorded often for documentary films, live concerts, accompanying other artists' CDs. Just recently, Joan decided to record her own CD "Accordion Potpourri". Joan's aim was to pick simple and beautiful melodies that sound so good on the accordion.The CD project has been a family affair with Joan doing the artwork for the CD cover, son-in-law Don as audio engineer, daughter Emily accompanying Joan on percussion for two of the tracks, and husband Dan doing layout. Joan Grauman, by the age of 22, had a degree in piano performance and music education, and was the director of the Columbia International Folk Dancers. She then learnt the accordion accompanying Balkan/Gypsy band, BAMCO for 18 years, and also performed in Klezmer and Bavarian groups. Since 2004, Joan has been the Vice-President and music director of the Washington Metropolitan Accordion Society (WMAS) and the director of its performing group, the Potomac Accordion Ensemble. She is on the Governing Board of the American Accordionists' Association (AAA) and is its Historian. The cost of the CD is $15 for orders from the US, Canada and Mexico or $19 for orders from all other countries. All proceeds from the sale of the CDs will go to support the youth orchestra and ensemble activities sponsored by the American Accordionists' Association. Doors open at 7pm.London-based accordionist, composer and teacher Romano Viazzani performs a broad range of music from solo recitals, performances with various ensembles, orchestras and theatre shows and studio session work. As a composer, his largest work to date is a concerto for accordion and symphony orchestra, performed by the BBC Concert Orchestra at the 2001 London Accordion Festival.  Balin-Vioyan Duo Auslese Album Cat No: tjianan04 has been released by the Tian Jianan (accordionist) and Gong Yuan (violinist).Balin-Vioyan Duo won 1st place in the chamber music category of “The 50th Klingenthal” International competition for accordion held in Germany and had another 1st place result at the 66th Coupe Mondiale” International Accordion Competitions in Victoria, Canada. These successes and their harmonious music resulted in the Balin-Vioyan Duo being featured on the cover of Issue 11 of the magazine 'Musical Instrument'. This CD includes the competition works of Balin-Vioyan, and adds 'Memento', the chamber music award-winning work for accordion, violin and bass that was composed by Tian Jianan.
