The Balkan group Paprika Balkanicus is about to head to Australia and New Zealand for a 28-day performance tour, some dates with the Australian group Cat Empire. The members of Paprika Balkanicus are Milos Milivojevic (Serbia) – accordion, Zivorad Nikolic (Serbia) – accordion, Bogdan Vacarescu (Romania) – violin, Vlad Jocic (Serbia) – guitar, and Jozef Secnik (Slovenia) – bass. Paprika Balkanicus’ repertoire will include a foot-stomping, sing-along blend of traditional and Gypsy songs from the Balkans and Eastern Europe, as well as few classical and jazz tunes.
