2015 Palmer Festival and Fundraiser, Wisconsin – USAby Rob Howard |
 The annual Palmer Festival and Fundraiser takes place from July 16th to 18th at the ‘A World of Accordions Museum’, Harrington ARTS Center, 1401 Belknap Street, Superior, WI 54880.The 2015 Palmer Festival Schedule will focus on Willard A. Palmer, III, generous donor of the A World of Accordions Museum’s distinguished assets from his father’s estate. The accomplishments of Willard Palmer II (of Palmer-Hughes fame), will be reviewed and shown throughout the festival. This is the museum’s major fundraiser of the year and its slate of “stars” is not to be missed. Admission is only $100 for all three days, or $50 per day. Advance tickets are available at the museum and through www.eventbrite.com. The event includes talks and demonstrations, plus many performances. Performing during the three days are Herschel Moody, Alex Meixner, Paul Vargason, Helmi Harrington, Florian Chmielewski and Lorren Lindevig, Amanda and Nolan Hauta, Joy and Roger Schmitz, Vargason-Harrington duo, and the Carver-Harrington duo.
