Quetschn Parade & Exhibition - Austriaby Christine Johnstone |
  The Quetschn Parade will be held at the Hall of the Municipality of Fladnitz in Fladnitz an der Teichalm, Weiz, Styria, Austria on May 4th, 2024, from 9am to 9pm, organised by the Quetschn Academy.The event will feature live music performances and one of the largest accordion exhibitions in Austria with over 70 different models that are available for visitors to try. Manufacturers will be on hand to answer questions and give support. The Quetschn Academy will be on site to assist with anyone wanting to learn the Styrian harmonica instrument. The event finale will feature a concert by “Die Wuzis” which includes accordionist Thomas Holzer (picture above right) and a raffle with a prize of a Styrian harmonica. Admission is free of charge. |
