 Richard Noel performs on a Roland V Accordion on Saturday September 26th, 2pm, at Cascio Interstate Music Hall, 13819 W. National Ave, Milwaukie, Wisconsin. Admission is $10.Richard Noel is a retired Professor of Psychology at California State University. As a teenager he won various accordion contests, including a solo title at the American Accordionists’ Association competition in New York in 1962. His solo career as an accordionist began in earnest after retiring from the university, and he has recorded three CDs, using the Roland FR7X and FR8X Virtual Accordions.
