BCA/LSM Annual Concert, Birkirkara - Maltaby Anna Bodell of Charnwood Publications |
 The BCA/LSM 2011 Annual Maltese Concert was held on October 29th and 30th as part of the British College of Accordionists (BCA) 75th Anniversary celebrations.The event was organised by BCA Local Representative Rita Psaila at the St. Aloysius College, Birkirkara and present was the BCA Principal Raymond Bodell. Featured accordionists included the Santa Maria Accordion Band under the musical direction of Marthese Busuttil Cassar (LBCA-pictured left with Raymond Bodell), First Distinction Prize winner Grade 6 Cleve Zammit (picture left lower), and 12 year old guest Alexander Bodell (picture right lower- UK), who received enthusiastic applause for his performances on both evenings. |
